We work with local authorities and commissioning teams to provide support for care leavers and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)
- Getting out and about in the community
- Taking part in hobbies and Leisure activities
- Meeting new people
- Finance and budgeting
- Domestic tasks (shopping, cooking, laundry, cleaning etc)
- Finding employment
- Seeing friends and family
Mental Health
Some young people have Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, Offending behavioural history or known to the criminal justice system. When they are admitted into our services they will have:
- Pathway plan
- Risk assessment
- What they intend to do/achieve during their stay with us and exit planning at the end of their stay.
