Here we provide regulated care home services to up to 4 individuals suffering from Learning Disability, Mental Health and Autism. We have a dedicated team led by a registered manager to ensure that our services are tailored to each individual in our care. We value every feedback that our service users, carers and wider stakeholders may have around our service provision.

Our facilities are health and safety checked and approved support vulnerable individuals. Key checks completed including following:
- Gas and Electric installations
- Emergency lighting
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Environmental Risk Assessments
- PAT testing of all electrical equipment
- We have Local Area Assessment completed along with risk assessment to ensure those we look after are not subjected to negative influences or prone to any form of abuse by others.
- Regular cleaning and adherence to national and local guidance
- Regular auditing on all key areas of provision of care and support

We work collaboratively with key professionals to ensure the support and care we provide is tailored to the needs of the individual. We uphold the right to be around family members and always seek to allow safe access to the community for those we care for. Other key aspects of our support and care include:
- Working closely with key stakeholders; primary care, community teams
- Focus on PBS planning in our behaviour and risk management
- We work closely with local borough departments to ensure safety; environmental health teams, infection control, safeguarding. Health Protection Teams
- We allow family access to the records of their loved ones to show transparency at all times.
